A tip regarding mandatory 'phone numbers

From the Sandhill's parking action group, Instow, Devon.
If you're filling in an online form where a phone number is mandatory, give 0333-8888888. This takes callers to a recorded message telling them to contact you by email.
I've just tried calling it, and it works.

I think it can go in the POPLA post #3 there, as POPLA require a phone number that I always put in as 0000000000 when I put a POPLA appeal in for someone.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
