Mag dailies - issue with prize

Hi All,


Some advice kindly needed. I won a family ticket to Dogfest this Saturday (2 adults, 2 kids). So I'm going with my sister and my niece.


However the ad agency emailed me over 2 codes to redeem 2 tickets.


I have emailed her twice and called her numerous times but no answer or reply. Seeing as it's only a few days a way I'm getting a bit antsy and not sure what to do next.


Any advice?

Ask to speak to someone else at the agency or maybe tweet or post on their FB page?

so after a yet resolved issue, the event has been cancelled to excess heat. Any idea if I am eligible for an equivalent prize as I can't get that one?

I wont get my hopes to high on that request as it wasn't their fault it was cancelled.

I won tickets to The Great Yorkshire Show the year it was cancelled, and all tickets except wins could be carried over for the next year....so I won my usual nothing!

Dogfest have said I can use them next year instead, by which time I!!!8217;ll have forgotten I have them
