Can anyone tell me at a glance whether the following offer of a re-mortgage from the Dunfermline Building Society is reasonable/competitive.

As your mortgage is only £15,000 it is likely that you would be better off with a higher rate and no fee deal. However, with a mortgage that low - there are not many lenders that would be interested in you.I am a Mortgage Adviser

Lenders will take it on as it is a like for like swap, Jill2002 is spot on though as you are paying to many fees on a loan of that size.0
