Mortgage offer time with Kent Reliance
London2018
Hi,
Does anyone know what the current wait time between a mortgage application and offer is with Kent Reliance?
This is our second mortgage app - long story, but our first app with Halifax failed the audit, due to there being 'discrepancies with verifying my income!?'. We did appeal it, but they said no.
Therefore our MB has sent every document possible to Kent Reliance that they may require.
Thanks

Do they have a service level tracker you could check? May give you some idea when they will be looking at your case from when its passed to underwriting.0

Hi- no, as we have done it through a MB. I am sure he will, but all this waiting is so stressful , so was just hoping someone may have a rough guide

Kent Reliance in my experience are not amongst the quickest, but they always get there in the end!I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Just wondering how many applications are AIP but then declined later on. They’ve got everything and valuation was last Wednesday! 0

@Househunter...I really wouldn't worry too much! Most valuers work on a 48 hour turn round in getting the report back to the lender, so at best it would be with KR last Friday. Allow 3-4 days for incoming post to be assessed and added to the case then a further couple of days for it to get into underwriting. I would think you should hear something this week.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
