Given the Access Charge can be up to 58p per minute (for a total call charge of up to 65p per minute) the call will need to be very brief (and without a queue) otherwise the call cost will soon exceed the cover price of the magazine.

If the original advert describes this as a "free" copy, it will breach ASA rules. This is not a free copy. An additional Service Charge, a premium rate, is levied on the phone call to get one.
