Hello everyone
Thinking of applying for a mortgage as sick of renting,
However I'm 55 have a few defaults !
On the plus side I earn over 50k a year and have a deposit of 40k !
Looking for a 15 year mortgage for around 200k , spoke to a broker who thinks I have a good chance.
