Hi. Thanks for that but how do you enter? I'm stuck on the opening page. There's no option for saying NO, you don't have a receipt or card and can't go any further. Am using Chrome on a laptop, BTW. Thanks.

You do have to say that you have a receipt to enter so click on that one, then enter the postcode of a post office.

It also ask for the date and time that you used the service and a lot of questions about the service you received on the day.
No point in entering if you ore going to tell a lot of lies.
It is a good one for us that is on the Royal Mail Monitoring and Posting Panel, You can tell them about your experience in getting an APL. If you you have a receipt for one this comp may be printed on the botton of it.
