One UU this morning:
Pyunkang Yul Moisture Cream sample 1.5ml WDB as a full size. This was lovely and light and moisturising. And it only has 11 ingredients in it. I will look into purchasing this in the future0 -
Hello everyone, nice to see more Outs than Ins!
Some UUs for me:
Superdrug phytocelltec day cream - lovely, WBA, already have a backup
Shower gel mini from a hotel
Givenchy Amariage perfume mini - not at all my usual style, glad it's gone
TA - Inis perfume - from one of those Boots sets of minis. Smelt like toilet cleaner so presumably off.
I did a mini inventory today. I've graduated in foundation and powder but problem areas are:
Blusher - 13
Eyeshadow - 45 pans (includes one 16 pan and one 8 pan palette, and some quads)
Lipstick - 28, plus I know there is at least one more somewhere.
The Power of Google suggests that it takes 3 months to use up a lipstick. So that means I have 7 years worth of lipstick. That's a very depressing thought - will be trying to pan a lipstick over the next few months to see how it goes (applying after breakfast, morning coffee, dinner, afternoon tea break, and after tea . . .). On the plus side, I'm pretty good at getting through eyeshadow and blusher, and have one of each on the verge of being finished.
At least this gloomy realisation is helping me stick to my No Buy July.0 -
I've UU'ed TBS Moringa Shower Gel this morning. I love Moringa series, amazing scent. I have replaced it with a Bubble and Bee Shower Gel that I bought from reduced to clear in Waitrose a while back.
Also UU - Clarins Hydra Quench Cream, 15ml, normal to dry skin. Lovely texture and hydrates well. I have combination skin so used this when my skin felt dry from acids. It was a GWP and i might buy in the winter.ally.0 -

3 months? Maybe if applied religiously throughout the day! It takes me way longer! :eek:0 -
Have two more UU to report:
Nip Fab Glycolic pads - WPBA however I think I prefer the liquid types you use with cotton wool. Have a GWP if this type from Ren to UU next.
Avene makeup remover - WBA super gentle as a first cleanse or if feeling lazy
Anyone else getting spotty in this heat?0 -

I find lipstick hard to finish. In fact have only finished a mini size. Am working on MAC Brave at the moment and need to take a leaf out of your book and reapply more. I do reapply at lunch and when leaving the office. Also, if I’m called down to reception to see a client.
I know it takes 4 months to use an eyeshadow. I am definitely in for the long haul.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I recently finished a MAC lipstick and even with DD using it quite a bit too it took forever, the trouble is I like to chop and change and do get bored using the same one. I find nail polish very, very hard to finish even the mini ones last sooo long and I get fed up of them.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler
