Help to buy: mortgage guarantee

I’m 2015 I purchased my first house using the help to buy mortgage guarantee scheme, a scheme that is no longer available. I have recently been looking into the possibility of moving in the next few months. I am wondering if the help to buy mortgage guarantee scheme I participated in will impact on the possibility of moving.

I can’t find any information online about the scheme only the help to buy 5% deposit scheme, which isn’t the scheme I used, any help with this would be really helpful.

The MGS was based around the Government picking up risk for Lenders to increase higher loan to value products on the market.

As a borrower it does not effect you.

Thank you I thought it wouldn’t but want to be sure, I’ve already checked early repayment fee’s and we are out of a fixed term so this should be ok too!
