As detailed on MSE here:

ending tomorrow night.
My question is, I took advantage of a similar £5 'free' when topping up with £20 at a PayPoint till last year in September. So I went through to customer service to ask if I was still eligible as I wasn't sure and they confirmed that I was.
Have taken a screenshot of the chat transcript, is it worth attempting this and if I don't get the credit, go back through to customer service and produce my screenshot to prove they said I was eligible? What are the chances that they would honour what I was told by their previous CSR even if they were wrong? Thanks.
