Has there been any update on this? i.e. what the procedure is, which routes are eligible, etc.?

I've got loads of days to claim for but it's a hassle to go and fill out the existing form for each day. The suggestion is that we shouldn't need to do that.

I spoke to someone at Northern Rail the other day and he said I should just send an email with a photo of my pass along with my bank statement showing last month's pass being paid (as I no longer have the pass) but I can't find a way to contact them in this way.

Has anyone had any success with this?
  • I claimed online and received about 80 quid, which is 1/12 of my annul pass.
Just google 'Northern Railway Season ticket additional compensation scheme'
