I've got loads of days to claim for but it's a hassle to go and fill out the existing form for each day. The suggestion is that we shouldn't need to do that.
I spoke to someone at Northern Rail the other day and he said I should just send an email with a photo of my pass along with my bank statement showing last month's pass being paid (as I no longer have the pass) but I can't find a way to contact them in this way.
Has anyone had any success with this?
Just google 'Northern Railway Season ticket additional compensation scheme'
