Name on wage slip & bank statements differ

We are FTB in Scotland.
DIP with Natwest (LTV 90%) submitting paperwork to our broker. She's asked for 3 months bank statements, 3 months wage slips, passport & driving license (proof of residency)
I'm sure she's ensuring she has it all to give over if required rather than asking every 2 minutes to send further info.
However the name on my passport, bank statement differs from the name on my wage slip, driving license & DIP.
My partners name on wage slips differ from all her paperwork due to a discrepancy submitted since 2010 and she hasn't bothered to fix it yet.
Are these issues likely to get us rejected?
Thanks In Advance
