Hi All, apologies if this is a daft question (and I will talk it through with my broker at renewal) am I right in thinking most trackers don't have early redemption penalties?
I will need to make a few big decision's in the next 18months - 2 years, and I might want to sell up and move north to be mortgage free, my current deal is up in 7 months. I don't really want to just move to my lenders standard variable rate as its currently one of the highest, and previously I have always fixed as I liked the security of knowing exactly what I am paying.
