What the hell are outfox the market playing at?
I have, so I thought, just sorted a problem that has been going on for 6 months. No monthly bills then they tried to charge me for 1844 units I used on my previous suppliers free time tariff. Looking at the meter readings I now see that they have altered them from over 10,000 to just 8851, 1844 units lower than my meter is reading
Does this mean I will have to subtract 1844 from every meter reading I give them or will they do this automatically? Outfox the market are becoming a pain in the A** . Now they want a photo of my meter reading plus readings for the next 7 days! Well, they are going to get daily readings for as long as I stay with them. If they think they can dump another £255 bill on me they better think again.
I asked one question, would I have to deduct 1844 from every meter read and the person I spoke to didn't answer that question with a simple YES or NO! Instead, I have to do a weeks meter readings and a photo of the meter
