Contracts Exchanged...Final steps now

We finally exchanged contracts on Monday with a completion date of Friday. Just wanted to say this forum has been so helpful throughout the process, from stressing out about applying for the mortgage, finding broker or any other question. It has felt so welcoming and all questions are always answered.
Hopefully the completion will go according to plan (The mortgage company tried to throw a spanner in the works today).
If possible I'll do a thread to talk about the process to hopefully help someone as this site has helped me. :beer:
