Currently applied for the mortgage to together money, does anyone know how long does it take to get approved from them after the property valuation?

    Should be pretty quick. It is usually a free valuation so I think they do everything prior to instructing the val from memory.

    It’s a buy to let remortgage and i instructed a surveyor on my own cost after initial assessment.
