Win a Car Competiton- T’s & C’s
1. All Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Valid photo ID will be required in order to claim the top prize
2. The Free to enter competition runs between 1st June 2018 – 2nd November 2018
3. The competition is open to everyone over the age of 18 with the exception of employees of Sheffield Sports Stadium Ltd and their immediate family.
4. The top prize is a new model, 2018 registered, Citroen C1 Flair with delivery mileage.
5. Prizes cannot be substituted for cash or an alternative prize.
6. Motor insurance, or any other related expenses are not included and will be the responsibility of the winner.
7. Entries are limited to one per person per race night. Any multiple entries will be disqualified.
8. By completing a prize draw card at the Stadium you are entering once in to a nightly draw for the chance to win one of three prizes – the three prizes are the Fab 4 package for 4 people which include admission, racecard, 2 drinks* and a £2 bet per person. These can be used until 30th November 2018 on any Tuesday, Friday or Saturday night (excluding Friday 29th June 2018). Pre-booking is required.
9. The three winners of the Fab 4 package from each race night from 1st June 2018 – 2nd November 2018 (inclusive) will receive an invitation for themselves and up to 3 friends, one of whom must be the original winner of the Fab 4 package, to attend the Stadium on Friday 2nd November 2018 (admission, racecard and a drink* for 4 people), and will also receive a free entry in to the win a car draw that will take place on that night (2nd November 2018).
10. The final Fab 4 draw will take place on Friday 2nd November 2018 at approximately 8.30pm.
11. The draw for the car will take place between 9pm-10pm on Friday 2nd November 2018.
12. Each week, 3 people who have opted into our marketing database will also be drawn at random. They will also win a Fab 4 package for 4 people along with being included in the draw on Friday 2nd November. This will bring the total number of people eligible to win the car to 270
13. All qualifying Fab 4 winners must sign in at reception on arrival on 2nd November 2018 to be entered in to the draw to win a car. These will be the only names which will be entered into the prize draw.
14. On Friday 2nd November 10 names will be picked at random from the qualifying Fab 4 winners who are present at the Stadium on 2nd November 2018
15. These 10 people will then be asked to choose a key at random, in the order they were selected. One of these 10 keys will unlock the car. The person who chooses this key will be the winner of the car.
16. These 10 people will also receive a VIP pass that entitles them to free entry throughout 2019. There will be no other prizes.
17. You must be in attendance at the Stadium at this time to be eligible to win the car.
18. Management reserve the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time.
19. In the event of any dispute the manager’s decision will be final.
*The drinks included in the packages are – bottle of Coors Light, small glass of house wine or a soft drink only.
