Overpaid interest only mortgage - is it a scam?

Options
Good morning all

I have just seen a Facebook post about interest only mortgages and miscalculated interest claims.

Is it a scam to collect your identity or is this a real possibility?

Many thanks

Wendy

    If it's on Facebook, it's a scam.

    Of course it's a scam.
And no it's not to collect your identity*.
They will want a fee to progress your "case".
    That's the scam.

    * except in the sense of adding you to a list of gullible people who can have additional scams aimed at them.

The biggest scam is not having a repayment vehicle for your interest only mortgage - hopefully yours is all a-ok.
