I was hoping for some words of encouragement but that didn't happen...
Well... Sometimes support does not come where you expect it but you still have to carry on with your plan I guess...
You might get more encouragement if you visit other people's diaries and offer them encouragement too. You have posted 4 times and all posts have been on your own diary. Support works both ways.
Wishing you well with your journey. If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Busted! I agree it works both ways. You have to start somewhere though. Perhaps I do not believe that I can offer support, perhaps I feel I have no expertise to offer...
Hopefully by reading people's advice and sticking to my plan I will be more supportive in the forthcoming future....

Sooo....
After I put everything down and thought I had a plan.... I got so stressed that I couldn't sleep for two nights. I keep thinking about money and the debt. Although it is all manageable I find it really hard because around me I have people that seemingly lead the life I want with their holidays and nice cars etc...
And although you shouldn't compare my life yo other people's I still do.
And to top things up there's a payment in Poland for £250 that I need to make asap. Luckily I will get a refund from first utility for half of that so that's a bit of a positive...0 -
I keep wondering to myself about those people around me who have fancy cars and fancy holidays etc ... are they actually funding their lifestyles on credit? I understand it is frustrating though.Store card £140 £117 - Store card £150 - Overdraft £200 - PayPal £364 - Loan 1 £5052 - Loan 2 £1733 - Credit card £2890 - Car hire purchase £3200 - Savings £0.0
