Dates of travel are Thursday-Sunday from 7th June until 29th September 2019, excluding local and Spanish national holidays. This travel period cannot be amended or extended.

Return Flights to Ibiza are from London, Birmingham* or Manchester* - (*subject to 2019 flight schedules).
Winners will forfeit the prize if they fail to travel before 26th September 2019.
Prize is subject to availability, has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and non-refundable.
All winners and guests must be aged 18 or over.
Hotel is based on four people sharing two rooms. The hotel will take a credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit to cover any incidentals.
Winner and his/her guests are solely responsible for all other meals and expenses not specifically set forth herein.
Jet Boat 360 - winners with back, neck, joint, muscular problems are excluded as are or are pregnant women.
Ocean Mania you must be a strong swimmer, as required to swim/wade in your lifejacket to get to the park.
Entrance at Pacha is prohibited to all persons which do not meet the accepted standard of dress code and behaviour. No beach wear is allowed Photo ID is required. Drinks to the value of EUR200.00 per person included.
Ocean Club do not allow fancy dress, body paint and football tops. Drinks and snacks to the value of EUR100.00 per person included
Winner and his/her guest must have and are responsible for valid passports or European ID cards, which are valid for travel, and visas/permissions if applicable.
Except for the three guests permitted to you as part of your prize, you are not allowed to bring any additional family members or guests on the Prize trip. Your guests may not be selected through any further contest, promotion or commercial event. You and your guests must travel on the same itinerary from a Sponsor-selected airport near your home. Once selected, your guests may not be changed without the express consent of Warner, which Warner may grant or withhold in its sole discretion.
Any potential winner and his/her proposed guests will be required to sign a prize acceptance and release form in order to be eligible to win and/or participate in the prize.
