I tried a quick sunday rest last week and then did some "sunday reset tasks" today
and it's helped me so much already to maintain focus & have a smooth running house.

So the challenge is that
Today is about taking time to ensure the rest of the week a little easier & less hectic.
What have you done today to help you "reset" and start the week afresh?

    Living the simple life
  • It's definatly helped me out loads.
even doing 3 small jobs is better than nothing - I used to leave everything to pile up for the week and you can imagine it got very stressful.

I even now do some of those tasks in the week to make sure the house is manageable aha

    Am liking this thread.

I usually spend 1/2hr on a Sunday setting my objectives for the week, how they further my plans for the year and this really offers some focus. It's a great investment of time! I include relaxation activities, in this I include housework with the added treat of catching up on a good radio programme.

Hope is not a strategy :D...A child is for life, not just 18 years....Don't get me started on the NHS, because you won't win...I love chaz-ing!
  • ah thats good. I class my 'shower' as me time, cos I spend a bit longer in there to relax.

I used to stay in bed all day and let everything mount up but i now just potter around doing bits & bobs .
feels nice on monday when my uniform is all laid out & knowing most things are done
