Arrowglobal/Capquest

I have been four years into a DMP, and into the final year (yay!) and had two payments going to Arrowglobal/NCO for two catalogue accounts that were paid off at the end of October last year. I have a letter from NCO confirming last payment for one, as the company does not exist anymore, and the other a catalouge statement showing nil balance, and no statements from that point onwards.

In the last few days, I keep getting calls from Capquest/Arrow Global, I answered the house phone after they had called my mobile, and the conversation was a bit confusing as I was waiting on a parcel being delivered, and thought it was do with that (arrow XL)

I refused to speak to them, the person who called sort of implied that I did hold debt with them, I have not recevied any correspondence from any of the companies that I am still paying through Stepchange, that they have changed hands.

Is there some kind of letter I can send to Capquest stating not to contact me by phone, and if they have any issue to put it in writing.

it seems strange that they have started calling me, but not had any communication with any issues through out time that Stepchange were paying them.


my credit file is showing as paid, and does not have any other issues.

just an update, they ignored the letter sent by email (as an attachment) on 23/06/18, but I then sent a sharp reminder by email two weeks later, as they were still calling and by post, and I have received a letter to say that they are due me a small refund,:T so a letter is winging its way back to them with my details for it to be paid:j along with an apology for not actioning the email sent on 23/06 sooner.:D
