Hello

During BR does the OR look at assets that might have been sold in the time leading up to BR. Is there a time limit

thanks

Property tends to be 5 years back that they will look at but that doesn't mean they will do anything if you didn't sell it to get rid of an assett to avoid paying your creditors. Other things it will depend what they are. Have you sold any thing recently that you think could be construed an assett? Assetts tend to be thought of as any item over appox £1000, so unless you have valueble jewellry, a plasma screen tv or a Picasso stuffed under the bed you should be ok.
