When in the year do Argos have sales?

There's some fitness equipment I want to buy at Argos but looking at the price history it has been almost £100 lower over the past year. I'm not desperate for it right now so I can hang on but does anyone know when in the year Argos normally have their sales? Looking at the price history I mentioned, I'm assuming there could be one for summer quite soon.
