PPI with Lloyds TSB Black Horse

I have a secured loan with Black Horse which I took out in August 2005. I got a couple of quotes before I went ahead with this deal, but I was told by the salesperson that if I took out the loan with PPI I could have a rate of 10.9%.
Do you think I have a claim for mis selling this policy or being a pushy salesperson. The only thing is, is that I am paying this loan off.

What are the benefits of the policy?
Do you qualify for the benefits if needed??
Did the salesperson tell you that you could have had the loan probably at the same rate without the PPI?
Being a pushy salesperson does not equate to misselling.0 -
I am in full time employment and most of the benefits I qualify for if I needed it, but the salesperson did not say that I could have the loan at that rate.
