Ryobi ONE+ Cup Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”)

The Promotor
The Ryobi ‘ONE+ Cup’ ("Promotion") is promoted by Techtronic Industries UK Ltd, whose registered address is 1 st Floor, Unit 3 Globeside Business Park, Fieldhouse Lane, Marlow, UK, SL7 1HZ ("Promoter").
Entry into Promotion is deemed acceptance of this Agreement. Participants will be subject to the terms of use of the Ryobi website including the privacy policy available at: http://uk.ryobitools.eu/footer-links/privacy-policy as well as any additional entrance instructions that may be posted on the Promoter’s website.
ELEGIBILITY
This Promotion is open to any UK resident over the age of 18 years at the date of entry and is limited to one entry per person for the entire Promotion Period.
Employees, officers and directors of the Promoter and its affiliated companies or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the Promotion or helping to set up the Promotion shall not be permitted to enter the Promotion.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring that they are entitled to participate and proof of eligibility may be required and prizes withheld until Promoter is fully satisfied the above criteria are met.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Promotion; however internet connection and mobile data rates may apply to the entrant. The cost of accessing the Promotion website will be dependent on the entrant’s individual internet service provider and shall be the responsibility of the entrant only. Promoter holds no liability towards entrant costs.
By entering this Promotion, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by this Agreement.
HOW TO ENTER
The Promotion begins at 12:00am on 18/06/2018 and ends at 11:59pm on 15/07/2018 (the “Promotion Period”).

To enter the Promotion, entrants must enter their first name, surname, email address, verify their email address before being able to proceed with the Promotion. The Promotion entails entrants to set the angle and power of their Ryobi leaf blower to hit the targets in the football net. The aim of the Promotion is to hit as many targets as possible in the allocated time of 60 seconds. Entrants with the most scores shall have the option of having their top scores displayed using their first name and surname initial on a leaderboard with the highest number of scores displayed on leaderboard scores. Entrants must choose to have their highest displayed on the leaderboard to be in with the chance of winning the weekly prize as set out in Annex 1. All entrants shall automatically be entered into the grand prize draw which shall get selected at random on 16 th July as per Annex 2.
Each week shall be deemed a separate Promotion (the “Promotion Week”) and each winner of the Promotion Week will be awarded the Promotion prize from the corresponding week (Annex 1).
All entrants will be entered into the grand prize draw.
Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or the like will not be accepted. We will not accept cheating in any form including the use of macros or other automated means of entry, masking of identity by manipulating IP addresses, using any false identity or any other behaviour that falls outside the spirit of the promotion (to be determined at our absolute discretion). Any entrant found to be cheating will be excluded.
Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received, deleted, altered or that are invalid, regardless of the reason.
PRIZES AND WINNERS ANNOUNCEMENT
There is a total of (four) 4 Promotion Weeks and (five) 5 Promotion prizes as in Annex 1.
The winners will be chosen at random using a computer generated selection by the Promoter from all valid and correct entries during each Promotion Week. All winners will be announced no later than 25 th July (11:59:59 pm GMT).
Each Promotion Week winner will be announced on the day following the respective Promotion Week. Each winner will be notified by email, where the Promoter will request a UK delivery address for sending the prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Promotion and no cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of similar characteristics without giving notice.
The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
DATA PROTECTION
Personal data relating to the entrants will be used in accordance with current GDPR legislation and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy found under section 1.2. The Promoter reserves the right to contact all entrants to verify personal data.
For the avoidance of doubt, each winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material, and to participate in any public relations activities as requested by the Promoter.
GENERAL
Any and all copyrights in the submissions will remain with the entrant. However, by entering this Promotion, the entrant grants Promoter and its related entities an irrevocable, perpetual, non- exclusive license to reproduce, publish, post, broadcast, display, adapt and modify the entry in any media within the UK for any purpose and without additional notification, compensation or approval from the entrant or any other party.
Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these terms and conditions without notice at any time. Any changes to the Promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Promoter.
The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to a complete release of Facebook from any or all liability in connection with this Promotion. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to any other party.
If any provision of these terms and conditions are held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or affiliates will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
