How can I go about removing my partner from my mortgage?

Options
He wants to fight for half of our house, we're not married, we have 3 kids together. And he hasn't paid our mortgage since 2003. I've been paying all our bill's since then. He quit his job in 2003 and refuses to pay anything. Now he's supposedly going to contact a lawyer so he can take half of our house. During the years he's started to remodel various things in the house without my permission and has left them in "process". He ripped off drywall from our celing/walls in the bathroom, along with our floor tile, and bedroom ect. He claims I've torn my house apart but it's him and his stupid actions. What can I do? I've tried kicking him out for being abusive but that never ends up working.

If he's abusive, get the police involved. Your priority needs to be getting him out of the house so that everyone is safe.

Definitely get him out the house, how can he not work for 15 years- where is his pride? Good luck in getting this sorted Lucy!
