i bought a car from yes car credit 3 years ago and i was told if i wanted the car i had to take out the ppi. after 2 years i sent the car back as i couldnt afford the payment now a year later they are still on at me that i have to pay £1,800 that i still owe on the ppi why should i pay ppi on a car loan i no longer have ? can anyone help me as what to do , do i have to still pay the money or can i claim back what ive paid already
