We had a One account which I think we took out in the late 90's. It was great for Offsetting! We could see how we were reducing our mortgage and everything was great. Then we saw how easy it was to spend our equity and started buying Cars and Motorbikes! Great at the time but a few years later and you discover you have just wasted 6 years of paying off your mortgage and it ain't reduced.

From what I can remember everything about it was explained at the time and each quarter you would get a statement and see how well you were or were not doing as the case maybe.

I do not in anyway see that you were mis-sold a product. I think you are trying to jump on the bandwagon of people being mis-sold products and trying it on!

If you think you have a case put it in writing to the people that matter! They can say Yes or No. I think its a big Fat No from me!
