Good advserse mortgage brokers

Options
Hello,

Is there a list, a website or some form of service about where to find a good adverse mortgage brokers?

Also, I know there is a cost involved - does anyone have any kind of ideas around costings? Is this service something that is a one-off fee or is it more complex than that?

Thank you,

:)

You need a whole of market broker, they would know the best lenders for adverse credit history. Just use google or another search engine.

As for fees, they vary so best chat to them on the phone about fees and the type of adverse history you have before getting too deep with the personal information.

We tend to do a fair bit in adverse, there is not a list of adverse brokers (as far as I am aware), but a search on google will help you find the ones who tend to specialise in it - as they will gear their websites towards that part of the market.

In terms of fees, they will vary depending on the broker and level of adverse. If you budget around £1000 for their fee though you will probably not be too far out.

For adverse cases, our fees tend to start from £750 up to £1250 depending on the level of adverse.

Just ensure you are only paying fees based on results (ie offer or completion), you do not want to risk paying a grand with no guarantee you will get a Mortgage at the end of it.
