Working after discharge date.. DCO?? (Scotland)

Hi
I'm less than a month from discharge and was intending to go back to work when my son starts school in August. I was previously advised as no DCA was in place during my bankruptcy then one would not be put in after discharge. Well my OR has said differently today and I'm confused. I have a buy out agreement for my car over 4 years. Nearly 1 year in. OR has said that anytime up until the car is paid and case in closed, they can put a DCA in place?
Is this
true
Thanks

Sorry.. it should say a DCO.
I am based in Scotland. I know that an IPA cannot be put in place after discharge, is it different in Scotland? Thanks0 -
Thread title updated so people who know about the Scottish side can see the thread needs help on that.

Thanks for tha Fermi.
My OR has said I signed a debtor contribution order which lasts 4 years and if my income changes during this time I could end up with contributions. Appears this only applies in Scotland0 -
As I have posted in many threads I moved from Scotland to Wales due to the system differences in order to go Bankrupt.
It may be a third of the price in Scotland but you get a 4 year Sentence rather than a 1 year one.
In other words both countries have automatic discharge (normally) after a year, but whereas in England and Wales no IPA can commence after this point the Scottish equivalent DCO can - for a further three years.0
