Tesco Points for cartridges not given

Anyone else had this problem? Tescos says they will give 100 points for every used ink cartridge returned. Well, I returned 18 cartridges months ago and have still not received those points and they do not know if they even received the cartridges. Apparently it's been happening a lot. It's beginning to look like a con to me. All they do is say they will get back to me about it, which they don't. I am very annoyed.

Which companies cartridges were they?
I filled in a couple of envelopes with Epson ones but then read that they don't take those - so ended up chucking them in the bin.

I also sent lots of epson ones back before I read the smallprint. A bit annoying really, especially as it's not easy to get the envelopes (I had them online in the end).

I've sent quite a few cartridges back and nearly all have been credited - I've stuck with HP ones though.

Always worth checking whether the carts you're sending are accepted or not...
