Not being funny but because you got scammed it is nothing to do with Pepper its your fault and the person who actually scammed you..

edit - just read another post you did, just because Pepper can save your chain by offering you a Mortgage they still have no obligation and most likely wont do you any favours.

Has your application gone in to Pepper?
If so, speak to them directly. Call them up.
If not, then you have not started the process and you need to find a new broker to 1) Check you fit criteria with pepper, 2) Check what other options are out there and 3) Submit your application.
