Mortgage Application with multiple addresses

Hi guys!

We've finally had a offer accepted () and looking now for a mortgage. I've been looking at the documents required tonight and worried that I'm going to have problems because of multiple addresses on my documents. Basically the flat I've been renting has a single mailbox for several flats and mail is constantly going missing, so I decided to keep my bank and tax contact details at my parents to avoid letters going missing. I don't drive but the address on my driving licence is still there also. My payslips, election register and bills are at the rented flat.

I've been reading horror stories online that is a red flag from the lenders perspective and can cause rejection weeks after application even if the mortgage decision itself is simple.

Is there anything I can do now to help the situation? Would they be able to accept this explanation with the post? I could ask the bank to update the address, but the previous bank and tax statements and ID will still be at my parents. I have multiple current accounts I transfer money between so suspect they'll ask for statements from all accounts to check my salary isn't disappearing into the void every month as well?

Many thanks for your help!

I would speak to a broker about this sort of thing.
It can either not be a problem or it can be an absolute nightmare - it really depends on the lender/underwriter.
