Hi, I applied for a mortgage recently and now after long process they said the under writer is happy and passed it to the offers team. Is this the last step before the offer received?

any advice appreciated

    Not wanting to come across as sarcastic but I would be amazed if it was not the job of the "offers team" to issue the offer.

    So the underwriter is the most important in the process? other things just technicality

    The Underwriter makes decisions. Everyone else does administration or communication.
