I have had a loan with Lending Stream, I got my decision in principle from Bluestone mortgages but I've found out today that due to having this they will not accept us. I'm absolutely gutted! Our broker thankfully has suggested an alternative so we'll give it a shot and see as we really don't want to lose the house we've offered on so we can only try!0

Just exchanged on property this week!
I had payday loans in 2017 about 9 and started the mortgage process in November 2018 and got one of the loans from last year removed as it was cancelled
it is possible as long as you aim to not take any loans in the year you start the process and trying to remove all incorrect information from your credit report
Definitely go with a broker who can give you the best advicee0
