advice please

I have been attempting to login/register with loveitmagazine for weeks now.
One of two things happen whenever I try to enter any competitions:-

1 - I get this message:-
This site can’t be reached
https://www.loveitmagazine.co.uk’s server IP address could not be found.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy, firewall, and DNS configuration
Running Windows Network Diagnostics

2 -The Web page loads and I attempt to register, and, get a message saying my password will be sent to me... but this never happens?

I am at my wit's end, I have tryed to contact them via twitter and via email, but never get a response, and, i'm just getting really fed up.

Could anyone offer advice please?

I find it works in Edge when it will not in Chrome although sometimes after just waiting on the page it loads even when it says it cannot, also incognito/inprivate seem to work when all else fails - but sometimes it is their rubbish site and the only thing that works is trying later (the main magazine ones can be entered by e-mail as well)

I've a vague recollection the URL is slightly different.

Let me check my newsletter link.

Right I've gone in two ways: the link from the newsletter and just typing the address into the browser on Chrome, both show the https:// greyed out, but try putting it in before the www.

It works for me on Chrome.

I have a problem as well, now I just go to google and search love it magazine + comp and that always works for me.
