World Cup party - on the cheap!

The World Cup is officially here and it's the biggest talking point on social media right now (and will probably continue to be for the next month haha).
So my question, I love how the World Cup brings people together, and my dad definitely loves to throw a World Cup party for big games. But is there a way to throw a party on the cheap? Any MoneySaving tips for party food, decorations etc?
