Hi everyone I haven't posted on the forum for a long time and had to set up a new profile. If you shop weekly then make the shopping one day later each week so after 7 weeks you have a whole weeks money to put in the bank.
If you are cooking a roast chicken cook 3 or 4 at the same time and when cooled divide the meat up in to portion sizes and freezer them you have chicken for a pie a curry etc.
