marks and spencer 3 for 2 problem?

Has anyone else had a problem when buying the 3 for 2 items from m&s?

I've added a few things and it doesn't seem to be deducting the discount.

I've gone as far as the payment method, but don't want to enter my card details incase it goes througha s full price

yes i had the same problem. I was checking if the site worked like last year and knocked a third off everything if you bought 3 things but it didn't take anything off so i left it. Must admit I haven't felt like trawling the net whilst this site has been down just in case i missed a bargain!!! So glad it's back.

I've just bought some with no probs. There is a 3 for 2 button you can press warning you that it wont work if you use quick login or something and other advice to get the offer.
It does not knock 1/3 off though. You will get the cheapest 1/3 of your items price knocked off. EG. 6 items priced £20, £20, £22, £18, £2, £1, save £3. Buy 3 items £20, £20, £22, save £20. Also there is a FREEDEL code on the site and some other codes on hotdeals and dont 4get Quidco.
When i ordered it did not take the discount off until the end. There is a confirm button before you commit.

Well like most of the great offers that we seem to get The M&S 3 for 2 where you got a third off the total amount that you spent was spoilt by people being very very greedy and using this offer and the excellent M&S returns policy as a means of making a few extra quid in the run up to Christmas
This activity seemed to be condoned by a few people on this site and it was said at the time that abusing the offer would result in loosing the offer for all
But hey ho it was good for some while it lasted

I placed an order yesterday morning and the 3 for 2 worked fine, but not to the end, and I also found a code for an extra 10% off as well, but this code only works on clothes, not the 3 for 2 offer! well pleased!
