Need some help please with the mortgage.

Hi,
Please maybe someone can give me advice.Me and my husband is first time buyers we make agreement in principal in Barclays bank without any issues we find a house which we would like to buy and make offer 95.000£ we got 5 % deposit and offer was accepted and the house was take off from the market.Now we are stucked with the lenders I'm working on permanent contract for 30 hours a week and get salary 11.200£ in a year my husband work with agencie for 6 month only but all 3 years in pass he was working on contract and last year he been change a job twice truth the agencies but never be without job longer then a few days.i spoke yesterday with mortgage broker who is say that he need to be at least 12 month working with same agencie.
PLEASE can someone give any information is it any chance that the lender can accept 3 yr of bank statement and all prove from Revenue office that he was working all his life without any gaps.He also got good credit score and we never got any debt or late pay

    Based on this I think you should save a little more and wait until your Husband has been in permanent employment for 6 months then try your broker.

    The detail of your husbands employment history is important.

    Lenders normally ask for two years history on contracts (some one year) with 6 months ahead.

    If your husband is now on a zero hours contract, that is an extra complication.

    If this Broker says they can not help. It is worth checking with another.
