    I kept getting a msg telling me I hadn't answered all of the questions, until I was blue in the face. I finally hit upon putting my choice in the box AS WELL AS ticking it (Wonderful Life, btw) and then IT WORKED!!

    Weird - noone else has mentioned this.

    I discovered (in the small print) you have to put N/A in the bottom box if you have chosen one of the listed films. Otherwise it wont accept your form
