Always take reviews with a pinch of salt, many popular websites only publish positive reviews
i doubt there are any laws governing wether a website has to publish any given reviews or not0 -

And they certainly wouldn’t have to publish potentially libellous ones stating that the item sold may not be what they received, with no proof.0 -
What exactly do the ads say though ? The ASA are interested in misrepresenting products/claims and couldn't give two !!!!!! whether they publish reviews received or not
Maybe it's not the ASA then. But it's an ad that makes the exact point that you can't just put what you want on your website, as it's publishing information and therefore has to follow certain rules.

That would be the ASA, your job is to prove they're not doing that.
You are entitled to assume that you have bought 5kg of the named product. Should they have given you anything else it would be illegal.0
