    We’re sorry you haven’t been able to exchange your points for a M&S or John Lewis voucher, we are continually uploading more stock to the website so please do keep checking back.

    To spend your points in Toby Carvery or any other Mastercard retailer, simply use your registered Mastercard credit card to pay and you will receive a text and/or email asking if you’d like to spend your points. Click on the link and choose how many points you’d like to spend. Once you’ve chosen to spend your Ice points, your discount will show as a credit back on your credit card statement.

    I've been using My Ice rewards for a while now with my mastercard, and it's worked quite well - but for the past week the website has been down - does anyone know if they are still trading, or have they gone bust? I can't find anything online.

    I've been trying to get hold of them and online but no luck so maybe they've gone bust? I guess that means we have lost all points accumulated....

    They have gone bust - there's now a message on the main homepage... anyone with points has lost them.
