I've found such a variation, but Mondays after a wet & cold weekend often brings out loads of YS freezable BBQ items

They put the price down by stages all day but the last hour before they close is when you get huge discounts like down by 95% of the original Price. Weather does effect it. I usually find 3pm on Sundays good when they got the weekend weather wrong. I once got a huge haul last hour on the Saturday of Easter weekend.

When I got home my son asked when will dinner be ready. I told him if you help me unpack and put most of it on the table. They had just cleared the salad bar and there were dozens of large plastic boxes full of every type of salad you could think of.

For the next free days I changed the meat and we had the salads. I froze a lot of it on the Monday night. That's when I found out you can freeze pasta salad and couscous. I had brought two of each, you can't freeze Scotch eggs.
