1.Please read these conditions of entry carefully. By submitting an entry to this promotion, you are deemed to have read and accepted them.

3.Who can enter: This promotion is open to legal residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland who are aged 18 or over at the time of entry, excluding: (i) our employees; (ii) the employees of any third party involved in helping us with this promotion (e.g. our agency); and (iii) the immediate family members of (i) and (ii). 5.Promotion structure: There are 2 parts to this promotion: (i) Weekly prize draws to win a trip to the Outlook festival, Croatia (the Weekly Prize Draws); and (ii) Daily prize draws to win one of 10 sets of Rockstar Scosche Thudbud headphones (the Daily Prize Draws).

6.The Daily Prize Draws:

What are they?
Separate prize draws held for each day of the Promotional Period for all valid entries received between 00:00 and 23:59 on the day in question (i.e. the first prize draws will be for 30 April 2018 for all valid entries received between 00:00 and 23:59 on that day, and there will be 55 subsequent daily prize draws meaning 56 daily prize draws in total).
How does entry work?
If you submit a valid entry during the Promotional Period, you will be automatically entered into the Daily Prize Draw for the day you enter.
When will you hold each daily prize draw?
We will hold the daily prize draws on the dates set out on the schedule below:

We will notify each winner by the end of the next working day after they have been selected as winner (i.e. we will notify the winners of the 6 May daily prize draw by 8 May 2018). We will contact winners using the e-mail details provided when entering the promotion.
How/when will I receive my prize?
We will send your prize through post after we have notified you about your prize win.
7.The Weekly Prize Draws:

What are they?
Separate prize draws held for each week of the Promotional Period for all valid entries received during the week in question (as shown in the table below). There will be 8 Weekly Prize Draws in total.
How does entry work?
If you submit a valid entry during the Promotional Period, you will be automatically entered into the Weekly Prize Draw for the day you enter.
When will you hold each Weekly Prize Draw?
We will hold the Weekly Prize Draws on the dates set out on the schedule below.
How many winners will there be and what will they win?
There will be 1 winner for each Weekly Prize Draw (meaning 8 prizes in total). Each winner will win a Trip to the Outlook Festival Package. The Outlook Festival Package is comprised of:
Trip to Outlook festival, Croatia for 2 people (1 winner + 1 guest) leaving from London on 4 September 2018 to Pula airport Croatia, and returning 11 September 2018;
7x nights in Pula (3* hotel, sharing rooms, breakfast included);
Transfers in Croatia (UK transfers not included);
VIP tickets for festival;
Access to a festival boat party;
A festival goody bag; and
£350 spending money each for winner and guest
Are there any restrictions or requirements that I should know about?
The winner and guest must be able to travel and attend the festival between 4 September 2018 and 11 September 2018. Exact flight times on these dates and exact London airport details will be communicated to winners.
All guests must be 18+ years old.
The flight tickets allow one item of luggage per person.
Flights may be indirect.
Flights and hotel choices will be at Promoter’s discretion.
Winner and guests responsible for all incidental costs (including UK transfers, meals, any additional spending money required, other hotel charges (such as mini-bar), car hire etc) not included within prize details set out above.
Winner and guests must have valid passports and applicable visas/permissions.
The hotel will take a credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit to cover any incidentals.
How will winners be selected?
Winners will be selected at random.
How will I know if I’ve won?
We will notify each winner by the end of the next working day after they have been selected as winner (i.e. we will notify the winner of the 30 April - 6 May weekly prize draw by 8 May 2018). We will contact winners using the e-mail details provided when entering the promotion.
What happens after I’ve been notified?
Winners will need to confirm they can accept the prize and provide details of their guest within 14 days of our notification of their prize win.

Note that if the winner doesn’t confirm acceptance and provide guest details within this timescale they will forfeit their right to the prize.

If we are not able to get in touch with winners after they have been notified, we will make a reasonable number of follow-up attempts to make contact with them over the 14 days before withdrawing their prize for failure to make contact with us. We will use the contact details that the winner provided to us when they entered the promotion.
8.How to enter:

Purchase any promotional pack of 500ml Rockstar during the Promotional Period.
Locate the unique code under the can ring-pull.
Visit https://www.rockstarenergy.com/outlook, where you will be asked to:
complete the website registration process;
submit your name, e-mail address, home address and mobile telephone number; and
submit your unique code.
Republic of Ireland residents may enter using the no-purchase necessary route explained in condition 11.
9.There are no limits to the number of valid entries you can submit during each day of the promotional period. However, the promotional website has been designed with controls aimed at limiting fraudulent promotional activity, meaning that the following entry parameters apply:

The maximum number of entries using a single IP address per day is 100 entries;
The maximum number of entries using a single e-mail address per day is 20 entries;
If you submit 10 invalid unique codes within 15 minutes you will be timed out of the promotional website for the following hour.
10.No person may win the Daily Prize Draw more than once during the Daily Prize Promotional Period. If you are selected as a winner of a Daily Prize Draw when you have already won a Daily Prize Draw then a reserve winner will be selected instead.

11.Republic of Ireland residents only: Republic of Ireland residents may enter the promotion without purchase by sending their name, address (including postcode), date of birth, daytime telephone number and email address on a postcard to: “Rockstar Outlook Festival Promo - No Purchase Route, Rockstar Team, A.G. BARR p.l.c., Westfield House, 4 Mollins Road, Cumbernauld G68 9HD”. Only one entry per person using this entry route. Only one entry per postal address will be accepted. Only one entry per postcard. We will enter correctly stamped, eligible entries received during the Promotional Period into the applicable Daily Prize Draw and Weekly Prize Draw for the date on which we receive the entry. Republic of Ireland residents should note that they can also enter the promotion using unique codes from promotional packs purchased.

With the exception of Republic of Ireland entrants using the no-purchase necessary entry route described in clause 11, entrants must retain their 500ml Rockstar ring-pull and receipt as proof of purchase, as we may need to check them for verification purposes.

12.You must submit your own entry. You must not use any software or other method to submit multiple entries.

13.There is no cash or other alternative to a prize (or to any individual element of it). We reserve the right to substitute a prize (including any individual element of it) for an alternative of equal or greater value but only where we deem this necessary as a result of events outside our reasonable control. The winner may not transfer his/her right to take up his/her prize to anyone else without our consent.

14.We may, at our sole discretion, opt to re-award a prize to a reserve winner selected on the same basis as the original winner if the original winner fails our verification or eligibility check, or is disqualified under condition 17.

15.We reserve the right to suspend, vary or cancel this promotion and/or vary these conditions without notice where we deem it absolutely necessary as a result of events outside our reasonable control. In these circumstances, we will do all we can to minimise any disappointment caused.

16.We may disqualify anyone who: (i) breaches any of these conditions; or (ii) otherwise undermines or jeopardises the integrity of this promotion.

17.Our decision is final on all matters related to this promotion.

18.To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for: (i) your failure to enter this promotion due to problems with your phone or network; (ii) your failure to enter this promotion due to technical issues with our website; or (iii) any loss, damage or injury suffered by the winners in connection with their uptake of the prizes.

19.We will use the personal information you supply to us in connection with this promotion to administer this promotion (including by sharing it with Rockstar US, our marketing agency and the festival organisers). We anticipate that winners may wish to engage with us in relation to their prize wins by sharing media, images and social media content. We may use any such shared content within media we use to promote the company and/or the Rockstar brand. We won’t use any personal information supplied or obtained in connection with this promotion for any other purposes without prior consent. We will delete copies of ID provided by entrants after we have finalised our verification checks.

20.The Weekly Prize Draw winners and their guests may be required to take part in reasonable unpaid publicity in connection with this promotion.

21.To obtain the full name and county of the winner of the Weekly Prize Draw Winner, send a self-addressed envelope clearly marked “FAO Rockstar Brand Manager – Outlook Festival OPO promotion” with details of your request to: A.G. 22.These conditions of entry will be interpreted and applied on the basis of Scottish law and the Scottish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute.
