Have noticed that the Heatwave link at the top of the page is slow to load, even though it has been fixed. I'm sure the heatwave hub is the one that has caused the technical problems.

Have you tried clearing all cookies and then tried to log in, nanto3? It may help if the log-in is using stored info from when it wasn't working properly.
