Unless you're applying for a job which entails riding a motorcycle it's fairly safe to assume that they are referring to a licence to drive a car so you will need to answer "no".

Full driving licence usually means your full car licence, which also entitles you to drive vans and other vehicles up to a certain weight etc. The clean part is no points etc.

Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!

I'd say it normally means a car licence. But I guess it depends what sort of travel might be required as part of the job - if its just travelling to other sites from time to time and you'd be happy to go by bike I'd say that was fine.

I would want a full clean car licence as an employer. Not very often nikes are used in a company. Might be worth taking your car test, worthwhile in the long run.

Doesn't matter. A full licence means one for driving cars - see link above.
