Yesterday I arrived back to Heathrow slightly early and managed to get to the bus station in time to catch the coach two hours earlier than the one I had booked. When booking a ticket to or from an airport the website gives an option to pay an additional £5 to add flexibility. You can then catch an earlier or later coach (up to 12 hours) with no additional cost http://www.nationalexpress.com/wherewego/airports/index_v1.aspx
This has been the case for at least the last two years.

Everything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the end
