Do Postal Entries ever win ?

Hi Everyone, I was wondering if anyone on here has ever won anything from large competitions (ITV and widely advertised competitions, BGT etc. where they advertise say £30,000 plus a camper van or something. entries cost say, £2.00 per text, but there are 'free postal entries'
-sending name and address.
I imagine by law they have to put all postal entries into the draw?? or something, but I do wonder if postal entries have a chance. ?

This should be posted in the chat corner (move requested) but this has been asked numerous times before - valid postal entries have as much chance as any other - to give you some idea of the chances of an individual an entry winning, postcard or otherwise - ITV get 1,000,000 plus entries a week (I estimate 70,000,000 a year or more).
